Coordinates the activities of the committees, subcommittees and task forces reporting to the Work Program Committee.

The Work Program Committee (WPC), comprised of representatives from each of the Policy Committee member agencies plus six additional members, meets to address and review all the issues that will come before the Policy Committee for resolution.

It is anticipated that on June 14, 2007 the Work Program Committee will transition to the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning's (CMAP's) Transportation Committee.
