Pedestrian and Bicycle Updates from around the Region
Representatives from area agencies and municipalities will brief the task force on recent and upcoming projects. Estimated Duration: 20 minutes ACTION: Information and discussion.

Soles and Spokes Plan: The Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan for Chicago Area Transportation
Edwards and Kelcey and CATS staff will provide an update on recent activities, including progress on the Existing Conditions and Best Practices reports. See also www.solesandspokes.com. Estimated Duration: 20 minutes. ACTION: Information and discussion.

Shared Path 2030
CATS staff will explain how walking and cycling concerns are being addressed in the draft recommended regional transportation plan. You are invited to attend and spread the word about the community meetings being held to solicit public input. See www.sp2030.com for a list of upcoming meetings and a summary of the draft plan. Unified Work Program/CATS’ Ped/Bike FY04 Activities
